To maintain a record of the veterinary services provided to your pet. We maintain a record of the veterinary services provided to your pet, as required by Florida law.

To facilitate cremation of your pet. For example, your name, delivery address, phone number, and pet's information will be provided to our crematory partner if our Services to you include pet cremation.

To notify other veterinarians that have been involved in your pet’s care that your pet is deceased. For example, we will typically notify your pet’s other veterinarians that your pet has been euthanized if you provide us with their name or their clinic name. We will not notify them if you ask us not to.

To allow for the operation of our website and learn how users interact with our website and our online ads. Our website host (Wix) uses cookies necessary to allow our site to function and to evaluate how users interact with our website. Our website also utilizes Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Trustindex, which each collect information about how you interact with our website and/or our online ads. You can find the privacy policies of each of these companies on their respective websites.

To share an online pet memorial of your pet. If you provide a picture and/or memory of your pet to be posted to the online pet memorial page on our website, your pet’s name, your last name, your pet’s date of death, and the photo and memory of your pet that you have voluntarily provided to us will be visible to other users and to the general public.

To sale or transfer our business. If our business is sold or merges with another company, we may transfer your information in connection with that sale or merger to the other company.

To comply with law. Your information may be shared if required to do so by law.
3. SMS (TEXT MESSAGING) PRIVACY
In Short: The explicit permission you give to receive text messages from us will not be shared, sold or transferred to any other entity, nor will it be used for any purpose beyond that which you have agreed to.
